This agreement establishes a student exchange between 51ºÚÁÏÍø's Hamilton Lugar School of Global and International Studies (HLS) and Leiden University's Faculties of Humanities, Governance and Global Affairs and Social Sciences. Each year, HLS and Leiden University may exchange up to two degree-seeking students from their undergraduate or graduate programs for one semester, or one student for one academic year. To ensure balance, one undergraduate student must be exchanged for one undergraduate student, and one graduate student must be exchanged for one graduate student.
