The purpose of the MOU between the Singapore Advanced Research and Education Network (SingAREN) and 51ºÚÁÏÍø's International Networks, under the auspices of the TransPAC4 Project, is to establish a framework for collaboration on advanced network infrastructures, services, and applications in support of both parties' mutual interests and in support of the global research and education community.
