This agreement supports the O'Neill School's initiative for Latin American governance, led by Professor Claudia Avellaneda. The O'Neill School and the Universidad de los Andes' School of Government will focus on enhancing the international capacity of their faculties and encourage the development of joint research projects and other collaborative activities among their faculties on topics of mutual interest related to Latin American governance. The two schools agree to an exchange of up to two faculty members per year.
