This agreement for scholarly cooperation, signed in May 2012, proposes exchanges of faculty and other academic personnel for lectures and research projects, joint formation of international seminars, organization of programs on public policy for Indian civil servants, and organization of other scholarly meetings and conferences as financial and structural resources are available.
